Our instructors have a wealth of knowledge and experience specific to Las Vegas. With times being tough these days, why wouldn’t you want to learn from some of the most successful beverage managers, mixologists and bartenders the city has to offer? Crescent, too, brings in some of the biggest names in the business, from brand representatives to spirits founders to mixologists to guest speak and offer tastings and seminars. Such luminaries include: Tony Abou-Ganim, Bobby Gleason, Gaston Martinez, Tom Bulleit, Ron Cooper, Patricia Richards and Thomas Turner.

Between the amazing parties thrown during pool season on or off the Strip to the fast-paced action of a jam-packed nightclub, or the making of classic or handcrafted cocktails at a lounge or Speakeasy Downtown, to hotel and casino bars, restaurants and exotic dance clubs, there is a position for every one of our graduates.
Where do our grads work specifically? They’re working at Aria inside the architectural feat that is City Center, at the Las Vegas Speedway, at the Downtown Cocktail Room and Vanguard Lounge, at South Point Hotel, the brand new Cosmopolitan, and at Hooters Casino, as well, just to name a few.

We maintain a tremendous “family-like” atmosphere here at Crescent, as well. All graduates receive true job placement assistance and are able to retake any class for FREE at any time post-graduation. Also, all graduates are welcome to attend any seminar by a guest speaker and are always kept appraised of upcoming events.
